The title does sound like a cheesy american seminar, but do not let the title put you off. This is an e-book. The benefit of being an e-book is that it is always up-to-date. Much easier to keep abreast of any changes than a normal book which has to go back to the printers. If you only read one thing before entering into buy-to-let, then make it this!!!

This book is well written and very easy to follow, as you would expect with any guide that "Which?" adds their name to. A good book to give you a grounding on what it entails to be a landlord/lady. This is a very useful publication to keep and then keep referring to it at later dates.
